Free time for lunch. Thereafter, we drive 30 km away from Meknes to visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. It is well preserved, as it is recognized as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. It has many beautiful mosaics scattered here and there, along with ancient pillars and archways. After that, we head back to Fes. On the way back to Fes, the driver can take you to a high ground overlooking the city, so you can see the whole Medina of Fes.
