Day 1 : TOUR FROM AGADIR TO MARRAKECH
6 DAYS TOUR FROM AGADIR TO FES VIA DESERT AND MARRAKECH - We will pick you up from the hotel or airport, leaving Agadir city and travel to Marrakech, taking the highway Agadir to Marrakech. After a total of 3 hours drive with some break stops on the way while crossing the High Atlas mountains and Soss Berber villages. Once we arrive in Marrakech imperial city, we will start a sightseeing tour after we meet our local tour guide, begin a walking tour of the Medina (The old red city of Marrakech). You will begin by visiting the historical monuments of Marrakech including the famous Bahia Palace, and Badi Palace…, a walk through the gardens of the Koutoubia Mosque, and in the evening, free time to walk in Jamaa El Fana famous Square.
Day 2: MARRAKECH – HIGH ATLAS – AIT BEN HADDOU – OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY
Today we will leave Marrakech toward Dades Valley, crossing the Tizi N Tichka pass of the High Atlas Mountains(2260m), to reach the UNESCO world heritage site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, the fortified ksar with its beautiful Kasbahs. Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, where Gladiator, Indiana Jones, and Game of Thrones were filmed. After having your lunch we will continue to Dades Valley via Ouarzazate and the roses valley. We will enjoy amazing rock formations (Called the monkey fingers) and fortified Kasbahs. Overnight in the Hotel.
Day 3: DADES VALLEY – TODRA GORGES – ERG CHEBBI DESERT
Breakfast at your hotel in Dades Valley, then our journey will start today with a drive along the road to Todra Gorges, where you will stop for a walk along the canyons. After some time at leisure to enjoy the immensity of the huge cliffs, we continue on our journey to Erfoud, famous for its dates market and fossils factories. Quick stop, arrive at Erg Chebbi desert. From here we will ride camels through the amazing color-changing sand dunes with the sunset on the horizon as a backdrop. We reach our Sahara desert camp before darkness.
We admire the sand dunes and the surrounding landscapes with the opportunity to take lovely pictures, and get ready for a traditional Moroccan dinner served under the stars next to the campfire.
Day 4: ERG CHEBBI DESERT EXCURSION
Wake up for the amazing sunrise, after breakfast, you will ride camels back to meet your driver and start the excursion, possibly the best moment of Erg Chebbi Sahara desert. This desert excursion will give you the opportunity to explore the surrounding area of the Erg Chebbi desert by visiting tiny villages such as Khamlia, the village of black people who are famous for Gnawa music. After that, you will go to experience the local Souk (market) of Rissani shopping like locals. You will have a break for lunch then we drive you back to your hotel to relax. The Afternoon is going to be at your own leisure.
Day 5: TRAVEL FROM ERG CHEBBI DESERT TO FES VIA IFRAN CITY
After breakfast we leave the magical Moroccan Sahara desert to Fes imperial city via Erfoud known for its Dates Souk and fossils, enjoy the panoramic view of Ziz Valley with its palm groves along the river, and Berber villages along the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will have time for lunch in Midelt before we continue on to the famous cedar forest of Azrou to take memorable photos with wild monkeys. And then to Ifrane the Switzerland of Morocco before arriving in Fes to spend the night at a Riad in the Medina.
Day 6: SIGHTSEEING TOUR TO FES IMPERIAL CITY
After breakfast at your Riad, you will start exploring Fes imperial city; also considered as the country’s spiritual capital and our oldest Fes imperial city by browsing its lively Souks, the tangle of photogenic alleyways, and historic monuments. First, the Royal Palace gate makes a welcoming, peaceful between the new Fes and the old one. then the Jewish headquarter and the first Mellah ever built in Morocco. Afterward, we’ll start visiting all the sites with cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University. The oldest in the region, are the Tanneries, and the Attarine Museum. After lunch, you’ll see the best area to stay in Fez (Fes el Bali), a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its alleyways, and historic monuments such as Medersa Bou Inaniaand Bab Boujloud (the medina’s main gate). For shoppers, Fes el Bali is a paradise of local craftwork with colorful Moroccan slippers, leatherwork, metalwork, rainbow-glass lamps, and tiles all displayed at stalls throughout the district. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the new city for a drink or transfer to the airport depending on your departure time. End of 6 DAYS TOUR FROM AGADIR TO FES VIA DESERT AND MARRAKECH.
